Are you looking for a supportive space to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions? Or perhaps you’re not sure exactly what you need, but you know you’d like support. My path to psychotherapy began after working as an environmental engineer and later in settlement services with refugees. These experiences deepened my commitment to supporting people in their healing, growth, and resilience. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidence-informed approaches. IFS provides a gentle framework for exploring the different “parts” of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, making space for even the most difficult feelings and patterns. I am not specialized in any one modality, and I integrate different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. My role is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can process your experiences, explore your inner world, and reconnect with your strengths. Together, we can work at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

I work with young children, adolescents, young adults and parents and cover a range of emotional, psychological, behavioral and neurodevelopmental difficulties. I Conduct short-term and long-term individual therapy and parent guidance. I consult schools, colleagues from various professional disciplines, and professional organizations. I have special interest in ethnic diversity and cultural differences which, I believe, contributes to my understanding of the individual, of parent-infant relationships, of attachment difficulties and the emotional life of the child. I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy through talk therapy & play therapy that allows the child to explore through art & play their feelings, thoughts and experiences. This helps your child to reflect on what’s going on in their life and find ways of coping. This process also allows parents to build strong and meaningful relationship with their children. If your child is struggling, It can be really difficult as a parent. It might feel like a big step to reach out to a therapist. I work with you and your child supportively to think about what’s going on and how you can make things better.
